摘 要:以果萼下颜色分别为浅紫色和绿色2个茄子高代自交系及其后代F1和F2为试验材料,采用数量性状遗传研究方法,研究茄子果萼下颜色的遗传规律。果萼下颜色为浅紫色和绿色的茄子果实套袋处理20d后果皮颜色分别为红色和白色,表明果萼下颜色和果实着色紧密相关;F2群体中果萼下颜色各级别均有分布,为双峰分布,符合数量性状特点。最适遗传模型检验表明,F2群体果萼下颜色遗传符合两对具有加性、显性和上位性作用的主基因以及具有加性、显性和上位性作用的多基因(E-0)模型;由遗传参数值得出,茄子果萼下颜色主要由以加性效应为主的两对主基因控制,在F2中两对主基因遗传率为93.96%。最后通过果萼下颜色与分子标记的相关性分析,发现了与果萼下颜色极显著相关的分子标记E06-5。从而为茄子果色遗传育种提供了技术支持。Two eggplant inbred lines with light purple and green fruit color under calyx and their progenies F1 and F2 were used as the materials in this study.Using quantitative genetics method,the heredity of fruit color under calyx in eggplant was analyzed.The fruits with light purple and green color under calyx became red and white in skin,respectively,after 20 days of bagging.This result indicated that the fruit color under calyx was correlated to the fruit skincolor.In the used F2 population,the fruit color under calyx was distributed at each level,and showed that quantitative genetic traits were two-peak pattern distributed.The genetic model analysis indicated that the heredity of fruit color under calyx was accorded with two additivedominant-epistatic major gene+additive-dominant-epistatic polygene E-0model.The genetic parameters estimation indicated that this trait was controlled by two main genes,with additive effects as domination.And the first major gene was dominant in genetic effects,with a high heritability of 93.96%in the F2 population.Correlation analysis of fruit color under calyx and SSR markers in F2 discovered the SSR marker E06-5which is significantly correlated with fruit color under calyx.The result provides technical support for genetic breeding of eggplant in the aspect of fruit color.
