摘 要:以晚熟番茄13592和早熟番茄13493杂交的F2为试材,进行果实成熟期相关性分析,用SSR和AFLP构建遗传连锁图谱,并进行QTL分析。结果表明:成熟期(MS)与白熟至转色期(WT)呈极显著的正相关,与转色至成熟期(TM)呈显著正相关,而与始花至白熟期(FWS)呈极显著的负相关。始花至白熟期(FWS)与白熟至转色期(WT)呈极显著的负相关,与转色至成熟期(TM)呈显著负相关。利用数量性状基因的完备区间作图方法(ICIM)进行QTL分析,共检测出21个与番茄果实成熟期相关的QTLs。其中控制转色至成熟期(TM)的QTLs有14个,控制开花至白熟期(FWS)的QTLs有5个,控制成熟期(MS)和白熟至转色期(WT)的QTL各1个。Taking F2 population which was developed from an intraspecific cross between early-maturity tomato 13493 and late-maturity tomato 13592 as material,to analyze the correlation of fruit mature of tomato.A molecular linkage map of the cross was constructed by SSR and AFLP,which was used for the QTL mapping.The results showed that maturate stage(MS)was significantly positive correlated with white-maturate to turning stage(WT),and was positively correlated with turning to maturate stage(TM),and was significantly negative correlated with flowering to white-maturate stage(FWS).Flowering to white-maturate stage(FWS)was significantly negative correlated with white-maturate to turning stage(WT),and was negative correlated with turning to maturate stage(TM).A total of 21 QTLs were detected for the fruit mature period of tomato by inclusive composite interval mapping(ICIM),including 14 QTLs for turning to maturate stage(TM),5QTLs for flowering to white-maturate stage(FWS)and 1QTL for the maturity stage and the white-maturate to turning stage.
