摘  要:以来自亚洲、欧洲、北美洲的51个现代月季品种为试材,采用18对多态性高的SSR引物进行分析,研究不同起源地的现代月季品种的遗传多样性、遗传结构及遗传距离。结果表明:共检测出64个位点,多态位点比例为96.8%;其中来自欧洲地区的多态位点比例最高,达到82.8%,遗传变异由高到低次序是欧洲月季、北美洲月季、亚洲月季;类群内的遗传分化(91.9%)大于类群间的遗传分化(8.1%),说明类群内变异是其主要变异来源;欧洲地区与北美洲地区现代月季的遗传关系较近。Taking 51 species of modern rose from Asia,Europe and North America as experimental materials,using18 pairs of high polymorphic SSR primers to analyze and research genetic diversity,genetic structure and genetic distance of modern rose from different area of origin.The results showed that 64 loci was detected,the proportion of polymorphic loci was 96.8%.The highest percentage of polymorphic loci was from Europe,to 82.8%.The genetic variation from high to low order was Europe,North America and Asia.Genetic differentiation within the group(91.9%)was more than the genetic differentiation between groups(8.1%),suggesting that variation in the population was the main source of variation.The modern rose in Europe and North America had closer genetic relationship.
