摘　　要：亚洲金融危机以来,东亚各国在信息协调、双边互换货币等金融合作上取得了不少成果,但合作的深度和广度还面临瓶颈。人民币国际化趋势迅猛,对东亚货币金融合作影响显著。不断深化的东亚货币金融合作将逐步围绕人民币国际化进程而展开,而人民币国际化的深入推进将推动东亚货币金融合作的纵深发展。亚投行(AIIB)的成立和运行将是东亚国际金融秩序重构的新起点,将成为中国与东亚地区货币金融深入合作的助推器,对人民币在东亚地区的国际化和突破当前东亚货币金融合作的困境具有重要推动作用。Since the Asian financial crisis, the East Asian countries(regions), bilateral currency swap and information coordination of monetary and financial cooperation have reached great achievements, but the depth and width of cooperation are facing a bottleneck. In recent years, the internationalization of RMB from the beginning process-es faster and faster. Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB) will become a cooperation link between China and the other countries in East Asia. AIIB will play an important role in promoting the internationalization of RMB and breaking the current predicament of monetary and financial cooperation in East Asia. The beginning operation of AIIB will be the starting point of reconstructing international financial orders in East Asia. Mone-tary and financial cooperation in East Asia will gradually focus on deepening the RMB internationalization pro-cess. And the depth of RMB internationalization will promote the further cooperation in East Asia.
