苦辛养中汤治疗寒热错杂型慢性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察苦辛养中汤治疗寒热错杂型慢性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。戒烟戒酒,禁辛辣刺激,多清淡食物和果蔬。对照组25例多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d,饭前30min口服;奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d,饭前30min口服。治疗组25例苦辛养中汤(生黄芪30g,党参、当归、柴胡,清半夏、甘草各10g,白术、茯苓、百合各20g,黄连、莪术各3g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、黏膜急性炎症、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈13例,显效8例,有效4例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈6例,显效5例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率84.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床症状治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]苦辛养中汤治疗寒热错杂型慢性胃炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Kuxin Yangzhong soup mixed cold and heat treatment of chronic gastritis effect. [Method] Randomized parallel-group method using the 50 cases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. Tobacco and alcohol, forbidden spicy,light food and more fruits and vegetables. More than 25 cases in the control group domperidone, 10mg/time, 3 times/d, orally 30 min before meals; omeprazole, 20mg/times, 2 times/d, orally 30 min before meals. Treatment group 25 cases raised in Kuxin soup（Shenghuangqi 30 g, Dangshen,Gancao,Chaihu,Qingbanxia,Gancao 10 g, Baizhu,Fuling,Baihe the 20 g, Huanglian,E＇zhu each 3g）, 1 a/d, water fried 200 m L, sooner or later orally. 60 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, endoscopy, inflammation, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 13 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective in 4 cases, 0 cases, the total efficiency of 100.00%. Recovered six cases in the control group, 5 cases markedly effective in 10 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 84.00%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Treatment group improved clinical symptoms than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Kuxin Yangzhong soup mixed cold and heat treatment of chronic gastritis results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
