行气祛痰活血汤联合他巴唑治疗气郁痰阻兼血瘀型亚急性甲状腺炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察行气祛痰活血汤联合他巴唑治疗气郁痰阻兼血瘀型亚急性甲状腺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将90例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组45例他巴唑，起始剂量15mg／次，按病情轻重调节5-20mg／次，2次/d。治疗组45例行气祛痰活血汤（柴胡、陈皮、白芍、半夏、当归、川芎、甘草、延胡索、乳香、没药各15g），1剂／d，水煎300mL．3次／d，口服：他巴唑治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、甲状腺功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效32例，有效9例，无效4例，总有效率91．11％。对照组显效22例，有效12例，无效11例，总有效率75．56％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]行气祛痰活血汤联合他巴唑治疗气郁痰阻兼血瘀型亚急性甲状腺炎，疗效；禹意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。[Objective]Observe Qi expectorant Huoxue Compound joint methimazole Qi phlegm and blood stasis type of subacute thyroiditis effect. [Methods]Random parallel control method, 90 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No. balloting were randomly divided into two groups. Synthetic oral methimazole control 45 cases of thyroid hormones in the control group. Routine treatment group of 45 gas expectorant Huoxue Compound, Bupleurum, Citrus, peony, Breit, angelica root, licorice, Corydalis, frankincense, myrrh fry decoction, 100 m L/time, 3 times/d, oral; Western medicine with the control group. Continuous treatment for 30 days for a course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, thyroid function, thyroid B ultrasound or ultrasound of the neck, adverse reactions. [Result] Treatment group, 32 cases markedly effective in 9 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 91.11%. The control group 22 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency of 75.56%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusions]Qi expectorant Huoxue Compound joint methimazole qi phlegm and blood stasis diabetes effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
