稳心颗粒联合西药治疗阵发性房颤41例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察稳心颗粒联合西药治疗阵发性房颤疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,将41例住院患者心电监护,低盐低脂饮食、注意休息、避免劳累及感冒和情绪激动,规律服药。华法林(根据INR值及体重)1mg^2mg/次,或阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d。快速型房颤:美托洛尔,25mg/次,2次/d;稳心颗粒,10g/次,3次/d;普通型房颤药量减半。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、血常规、凝血四项、INR、肝功、肾功、电解质、甲功、胸片、心脏超声、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效20例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率90.24%。[结论]稳心颗粒联合西药治疗阵发性房颤疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Wenxinkeli joint metoprolol treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation effect. [Methods]Randomized parallel-group method using the continuous treatment of 41 cases of hospitalized patients 14 d for a course of treatment. Routine ECG, blood tests blood, coagulation, i NR, liver function, renal function, electrolytes, thyroid function, chest X-ray, echocardiography. ECG, told his salt-fat diet, adequate rest, avoid fatigue and cold and emotional, regular medication. Warfarin, the i NR value and weight according to the situation 1mg ∽ 2mg / times, or Aspirin enteric-coated tablets, 100 mg / times, 1 times / d. Rapid atrial fibrillation： metoprolol tartrate tablets, 25 mg / times, 2 times / d; Wenxinkeli, 10 g / time, 3 times / d; common type of atrial fibrillation dose halved. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] 20 cases markedly effective in 17 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 90.24%. [Conclusion] Wenxinkeli joint metoprolol treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
