浴足方泡脚联合西药治疗原发性高血压随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察浴足方泡脚联合西药治疗原发性高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组32例钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂等。治疗组36例浴足方（川芎、怀牛膝各30g,钩藤、天麻、夏枯草、肉桂、吴茱萸各10g）,水煎2000m L,待温度（冬季41∽43℃,夏季38∽41℃）,泡脚30min,泡脚后卧床休息,泡脚前后测血压;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、足部皮肤、舒张压、收缩压、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率94.44%。对照组显效10例,有效15例,无效7例,总有效率78.13%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.051）。血压指标两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]浴足方泡脚联合西药治疗原发性高血压疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the washes combined with western side effect of the treatment of essential hypertension. [Methods] Uses random parallel control method, 68 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No. balloting method is simple and randomized into two groups. After ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, 30 min / time, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. 32 cases in the control group of calcium antagonists, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, diuretics and other antihypertensive therapy. Treatment group of 36 patients Yuzu party（Chuanxiong, Huainiuxi 30 g, Gouteng 10 g, Tianma 10 g, Xiakucao 10 g, Rougui 10 g, Wuzhuyu 10g）, decoction 2000 m L, until the temperature（Winter 41∽ 43℃, summer 38∽41℃）, feet 30 min, foot skin and vital signs were observed after bed rest their feet; Western medicine with the control group. 28 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, diastolic, systolic blood pressure, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] Treatment group 28 cases, effective in 6 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency 94.44%. The control group 10 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency of 78.13%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Two sets of blood pressure indicators were improved（P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group improvement（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Yuzu western side of the joint treatment of essential hypertension results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
