降糖益肾方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察降糖益肾方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。适当锻炼,合理饮食,控制蛋白摄入量和总热量,降压、降糖药皮下注射胰岛素。对照组30例爱西特,1.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组30例降糖益肾方(熟地18g,丹参、玉米须、黄连、菟丝子、益母草、牛膝各9g,山茱萸12g,黄芪18g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、血肌酐、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效8例,有效8例,稳定10例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。对照组显效5例,有效7例,稳定9例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血液指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]降糖益肾方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the hypoglycemic therapy combined with western side kidney of diabetic nephropathy. [Methods] Uses random parallel control method, 60 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No. balloting method is simple and randomized into two groups. Proper exercise, proper diet, control of protein intake and total calories, oral antihypertensive, antidiabetic drugs subcutaneous insulin, blood pressure 〈 130/80mmHg. Group medical charcoal, 1.5g/time, 3 times/d.Kidney square hypoglycemic therapy group （Shudi 18g, Danshen, Yumixu,Huanglian,Tusizi, Yimucao, Niuxi 9g, Shanzhuyu 12g, Huangqi 18g）, 1 a/d, decoction 150mL, sooner or later, warm clothes; western medicine with the control group.28d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms, symptom score, glycated hemoglobin, fasting glucose, creatinine, adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] treatment group 8 cases, 8 cases, 10 cases of stable, 4 cases, the total efficiency 86.67%.Group 5 cases markedly effective in ？ cases, stable in 9 cases, 9 cases, the total efficiency 70.00%.Treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）.Blood parameters were improved in both groups （P〈0.05）, the treatment group than the control group improved （F 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Glucose and kidney prescription combined western medicine diabetic nephropathy satisfied, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
