黄芪桂枝五物汤联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察黄芪桂枝五物汤联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将166例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组80例适当体育运动、饮食控制、口服降糖药。治疗组86例黄芪桂枝五物汤(桂枝20g,当归15g,黄芪40g,红花15g,生地黄20g,赤芍15g,大枣2枚,丹参15g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效32例,有效48例,无效6例,总有效率93.02%。对照组显效28例,有效32例,无效20例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。神经传导速度治疗组有改善(P<0.05),对照组无改善(P>0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]黄芪桂枝五物汤联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe HuangQiGuiZhi western medicine decoction combined effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. [Methods]Randomized parallel-group method using the 166 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No. balloting method is simple and randomized into two groups. Appropriate control group, 80 cases of physical exercise, diet control, oral hypoglycemic agents. Treatment group 86 cases HuangQiGuiZhi soup （Guizhi 20g, Danggui 15g, Huangqi 40g, Honghua 15g, Shengdihuang 20g, Chishao 15g, Dazao 2, Danshen 15g）, 1 a/d, decoction 200mL , sooner or later oral; Western medicine with the control group. 90d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, motor conduction velocity, sensory conduction velocity, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] Treatment group 32 cases, effective 48 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency of 93.02%. The control group 28 cases markedly effective in 32 cases, 20 eases ineffective, the total efficiency of 75.00%. Treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Nerve conduction velocity improvement in the treatment group （P〈0.05）, no improvement in the control group （P〉 0.05）, to improve the treatment group than the control group （P〈：0.05）. [Conclusion] HuangQiGuiZhi decoction combined with western treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
