摘　　要：老年单纯收缩期高血压病多虚、多痰、多瘀,辨证论治补肾为主,兼顾活血以化浊平肝;温阳化饮,利尿渗湿以祛浊邪;增液润肠,滋阴通便以畅气机;镇心养心,解郁安神以治不寐;宽胸理气,化痰软坚以治鼾眠;健脾化痰,益气化瘀以控体重,可有效治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压及各种并发症,值得推广。Elderly isolated systolic hypertension much deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, syndrome differentiation and treatment kidney, invigorate the circulation of give attention to two or morethings to muddy flat liver; this drink, diuresis moisture penetration to remove turbidity; fluid runchang, Ziyin purge factors; town, Yangxin, resolve depression nerves to cure insomnia; wide bosom and Qi, eliminating phlegm to soft firm to cure snoring sleep; spleen phlegm, Qi blood in order to control the weight, can be effective in the treatment of elderly isolated systolic hypertension and various complications, worthy of promotion.
