健脾解毒汤联合西药治疗晚期大肠癌随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察健脾解毒汤联合西药治疗晚期大肠癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组24例FOLFOX化疗方案;每日化疗前15min使用5-羟色胺3(5-HT3)受体拮抗剂及地塞米松等预防性止吐。治疗组24例健脾解毒汤(党参25g,白术、茯苓、甘草各15g,白花蛇草20g,半枝莲、陈皮、木香、枳壳、厚朴各15g等),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生存质量、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]症状疗效、生存质量治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾解毒汤联合西药治疗晚期大肠癌,疗效满意,改善生存质量、无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Jianpi Jiedu method combined with western medicine in the treatment of advanced colorecta] cancer. [Methoc0 The use of random parallel control method, 48 cases of hospitalized patients according to the disease will draw simple method, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 24 cases of FOLFOX regimen chemotherapy; daily before using 5- 3 15min of serotonin （5-HT3） receptor antagonist and dexamethasone preventive antiemetic. The treatment group of 24 cases of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction （Radix Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Poria cocos 25g, licorice 15g, Oldenlandia 20g, Scutellaria barbata, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Fructus aurantii, Radix Aucklandiae, Magnolia officinalis 15g）, 1/d 200mL agent, water decoction, and oral administration of Western medicine with the control group. 20d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, quality of life, adverse reaction. 2 course of treatment, continuous treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] treatment group symptoms, quality of life was better than the control group （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The curative effect of Jianpi Jiedu method combined with western medicine in the treatment of advanced coloreetal cancer, satisfaction, improve the quality of life, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
