艾箱灸联合护理干预宫颈癌放疗急性腹泻60例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察艾箱灸联合护理干预宫颈癌放疗急性腹泻疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法，将60例住院患者行护理：进食富营养、易消化、高热量低脂饮食，忌烟酒、辛辣刺激食物和生冷、油腻厚味之品，腹部保暖。艾箱灸：无烟艾条点燃后放入木制艾箱，5min后置于神阙、关元、气海穴，20—30min/次，以皮肤微红，不烫伤为宜。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腹泻、便常规、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程，判定疗效。[结果]完全缓解25例，部分缓解33例，未缓解2例，总有效率96．67%。[结论]艾箱灸联合护理干预宫颈癌放疗急性腹泻疗效满意，无副作用，值得推广。[Objective]Concept Chai moxibustion box joint nursing intervention in cancer radiotherapy efficacy of acute diarrhea. [Methods] Method using a prospective design, 60 patients underwent inpatient care： eating nutritious, digestible, high-calorie low-fat diet, avoid alcohol, spicy foods and cold, greasy Atsumi goods, abdomen warm. Moxibustion in box： smokeless moxa Ai lit into the wooden box, 5min later placed Shenque, Guan Yuan, air sea cave, 20-30min / times to reddish skin, do not burn appropriate. 7d continuous treatment for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, diarrhea, stool routine, adverse reactions. 4 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] 25 cases of complete remission, partial remission in 33 cases, two cases are not alleviated, the total efficiency of 96.67%. [Conclusion] moxibustion in box joint nursing intervention in acute diarrhea in cancer radiotherapy results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
