摘 要:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定岩石矿物中17种金属元素的分析方法。采用王水-氢氟酸-高氯酸对样品进行前处理,17种元素的分析谱线为213.857-766.49nm,射频功率为750~1300W,雾化气流量为0.7-1.2L/min。各元素的质量浓度在0-4μg/mL范围内与谱线强度呈良好的线性关系,r≥0.999,方法检出限为0.006-0.42μg/g。用该方法对国家一级标准物质进行测定,测定结果的相对误差在±16%之内,相对标准偏差为0.08%-4.15%(n=6)。该方法操作简单、准确度高,适用于岩石和矿物中金属元素的测定。The determination of 17 elements in rock and mineral samples by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was developed. The sample was dissolved in aqua regia, HF and HC104 mixed acids. The analytical spectral lines of 17 elements were 213.857-766.49 nm, RF power was 750-1 300 W, and atomizing gas flow was 0.7-1.2 L/rain. The mass concentration of detection element was linear with emission intensity in the range of 0--4μg/mL, r 〉 0.999. The detection limits were 0.0064).42 μg/g. The method was applied to the determination of these elements in the reference material, the relative error was within + 16%, and the relative standard deviations of detection results were 0.08%-4.15% (n=6). The method is simple and accurate, it can be applied to the determination of metal elements in rock and minerals.
