摘　　要：患者女,38岁。右腹壁疼痛1个月,皮下索状物10余天。皮肤科情况:右侧腹壁有一条索状物突出皮肤表面,触摸质地韧,有压痛。皮损组织病理检查示:真皮深层静脉管壁平滑肌增生,管腔闭塞。诊断:Mondor病。治疗:多磺酸黏多糖乳膏外用皮损处,2个月后皮损完全消退。A 38-year-old female presented with ache of the right abdominal wall for 1 month and a cord-like mass on the right abdominal wall for over 10 days. Dermatologic examination was noteworthy for a firm non-compressible, cord-like mass on the right abdominal wall. Histopathological examination revealed the lumen of vein in deep dermis was completely occluded by proliferating smooth muscle cells. On the basis of the patient＇ s history, physical examination and histopathological examination, she was diagnosed with Mondor＇ s disease. The pa- tient was treated with topical hirudoid and the skin lesion disappeared in a 2-month follow up.
