摘　　要：党的十八届四中全会作出了关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定,依法治国成为治国国策。依法治警是依法治国方针在公安部门的具体应用,也是依法治国的必然要求。全面推进依法治国与依法治警,不能忽视与割裂中华传统文化的纽带,而儒家思想作为传统文化的核心部分,至今仍起着不可估量的作用,研究儒家思想特别是儒家法律思想对我国全面推进依法治国和依法治警有着重要的启示作用。The 4th Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC has made a strategy of governing the country by law which has become the state policy. Police governed by law is the concrete application and the inevitable requirements of governing by law in public security organ. Comprehensively implementing governing the country by law and policing governed by law can not break away from the relation with Chinese traditional culture. As core part of traditional culture,Confucianism still plays an immeasurable role. It is very important for implementing governing the country by law and police governed by law in China to study Confucianism,especially Confucian legal thinking.
