床椅分离式多功能护理床的抬背机构设计及其仿真

摘　　要：设计了一种床椅分离式多功能护理床的抬背机构并对其仿真分析。基于可分离式护理床所需功能及整体布局要求,选择合适的抬背机构方案,运用SOLIDWORKS软件建立起了机构的模型。运用机械原理知识对机构进行了运动计算,选择了合适的驱动方式,采用MATLAB软件编程对机构的运动进行了仿真,仿真结果基本达到了预期的设计要求,验证了该机构设计方案的可行性。A carry back mechanism of detachable multifunctional nursing bed was designed and accomplished the simulation analysis. Based on the function and overall layout requirements,a suitable scheme was selected for the carry back mechanism and using SOLIDWORKS software built institutions model. On the basis of mechanical principle knowledg calculated for institutions motion,then chosen the suitable way of driving,using MATLAB software simulated the motion state of mechanism,simulation results basically were achieved the expected design requirements,which has verified the feasibility of the design.
