固化温度对氟碳漆/CNTs防腐导电涂层性能的影响

摘  要:针对氟碳漆/CNTs防腐导电涂层固化过程中容易产生沉淀、易引起导电性下降的问题,采用目测法、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、体积电阻率、极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等研究了固化温度对涂层的表面性能、交联度、导电性、耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:固化温度较低时,涂层的表面光泽度好,黏结性能较好。固化温度大于90℃后,涂层黏结性、耐蚀性以及电导率下降。当固化温度为60℃时,涂层的交联度最高,综合性能最佳,其表面光泽度可以达到1级,铅笔硬度为3H,涂层的体积电阻率为5.28×10-3Ω·m,腐蚀速率为1.2×10-6 mm/a。To solve the problems of precipitation and decrement of conductivity at the curing process of fluorocarbon/CNTs conductive and anticorrosion coating, the influence of curing temperature on the surface properties, the degree visual method, flourie electrochemical imped of crosslinking, and conductivity and corrosion resistance of coating was researched by r transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), volume resistivity, polarization curves and ance spectroscopy. The results showed that the surface gloss and bonding properties of composite coating were better at lower curing temperature. The adhesion property, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of composite coating decreased when the curing temperature was higher than 90℃. Moreover, the crosslinking degree of composite coating was the highest and comprehensive performance of composite coating was the best when the curing temperature is 60℃. And, the surface gloss can reach 1 level as well as pencil hardness of 3H, coating resistivity of 5.28×10^-3Ω·m and the corrosion rate of 1.2×10^-6 mm/a.
