细辛脑联合炎琥宁治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察细辛脑与炎琥宁联合治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效。方法选择我院儿科2014年1月~2014年10月住院的病毒性肺炎患儿90例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组45例常规止咳化痰治疗,予炎琥宁注射液静脉滴注;观察组45例患儿在对照组基础上加用细辛脑注射液静脉滴注,7d疗程结束后评价疗效。结果两组患儿平均退热时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组患儿哮鸣音消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、喘憋消失时间、咳嗽消失时间和平均住院时间均短于对照组（P〈0.001）。观察组总有效率为95.56%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为4.44%,对照组不良反应发生率为2.22%（χ2=0.000,P=1.000）。结论细辛脑与炎琥宁联合可缩短病毒性肺炎患儿症状体征消失时间和住院时间,提高疗效,不良反应发生率无明显增加,建议联合应用。Objective To observe the curative effects of Asarone combined Yanhuning in treatment of children with viral pneumonia. Methods A total of 90 hospitalized children with viral pneumonia at Pediatric Department of our hospital from January 2014 to October 2014 were included in this study,a random number table method was used to divide them into two groups,the control group（45cases）received conventional treatment for cough and phlegm,Yanhuning injection（also named Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroandrographolide Succinate Injection）,intravenous drip;the methods for the observation group（45cases）were based on the treatment of the control group and added Asarone Injection intravenous drip.At the end of the treatment course of 7days,efficacy evaluation was done. Results Comparison of the average defervescence time between the observation group and the control group yielded no statistical difference（P〈0.05）,the observation group had shorter wheezing disappearing time,lung rales disappearance time,shortness of breath disappearing time,cough disappearing time and the average hospitalization time than the control group（P 0.001）.The observation group had total effective rate of 95.56% and the control group had total effective rate of 80.00%,group paired comparison showed statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 4.44%,the incidence of adverse reaction in the control group was 2.22%（χ2=0.000,P=1.000）. Conclusion Asarone combined Yanhuning can shorten the symptoms and signs disappearing time and hospitalization time in treatment of children with viral pneumonia,and improve the curative effect,with adverse reaction rate increasing not obviously,the combination treatment is clinically recommended.
