摘 要:华谊苏州通天大佛结构体系为支撑框架筒体,基础形式采用桩筏基础。大佛表皮为复杂异形曲面,构件的空间布置为设计难点。简述了RHINO几何建模方法,介绍了大佛结构体系、构件截面形式及设计目标;基于MIDAS/Gen,SAP2000及NIDA程序对上部结构进行了计算以确保分析结果的可靠性,并通过构件效率分析对结构进行适当优化;基于STRAT软件上下部协同计算,阐述了桩筏基础的设计;对延性板节点设计、铸钢节点受力性能以及基于CATIA二次开发技术生成节点施工图进行了初步介绍。计算结果表明设计目标均满足规范要求。The structural system of Huayi Buddha of Babel in Suzhou is braced frame tube,and the piled raft foundation is adopted. The epidermal form of the Buddha is complex irregular surface,and the design difficulty is the space layout of members. The RHINO geometric modeling method was described and the structural system of the Buddha was introduced as well as the member section form and design goals. Based on programs of MIDAS / Gen,SAP2000 and NIDA,the upper structure was calculated to ensure the reliability of the analysis results,and the structure was optimized through the member efficiency analysis. Based on the collaborative computing function of upper and lower structures in STRAT software,the piled raft foundation design was expounded. The joint design of ductile plate,mechanical properties of the cast steel joint and the construction drawing of the joint generated based on CATIA secondary development technology were also introduced. The calculated results show that the design goals meet the requirements of the codes.
