摘 要:空气传播性疾病主要以病原微生物气溶胶的方式扩散并感染人体,易发于人群密集的公共场所,因传播途径、暴露人群复杂易变,使空气传播性疾病预防控制成为难点。本文综述了病原微生物气溶胶健康风险评价的数据基础、剂量反应关系模型等,以及嗜肺军团菌气溶胶、分枝杆菌气溶胶和流感病毒气溶胶定量风险评价方法的研究现况。Airborne disease is transmitted through pathogenic microbe aerosol to spread and infect people,which was prone to occur in crowded public places. Because of the complex of pollution source,unclear of spreading mechanisms,unknown of its dose-response relationship,make the prevention and control of airborne diseases and health risk assessment become more difficult. The data base and dose-response relationship model for the risk assessment of pathogenic microorganism aerosol on human health were reviewed. The research on the quantitative risk assessment of legionella pneumophila aerosol,mycobacteria aerosol and influenza virus aerosol were discussed.
