摘  要:络合铜废水是电镀废水中典型的难处理废水,化学沉淀等常规处理方法对其去除效果较差。该研究采用KMn O4对Cu-EDTA进行解络处理,研究不同条件下对处理效果的影响。该工艺在反应时间为180 min,氧化及沉淀阶段最佳p H分别为3~4和9左右,KMn O4投加量为0.5 g/L,该工艺去除率可达到90%,并且KMn O4对高浓度的Cu-EDTA的去除效果更好。Coppercomplexwastewater was one of the most difficultly treated electroplating wastewaters which were hard to be removed by conventional treatment process,e. g. chemical precipitation. In this study,KMn O4 was adopted as a decomplexation agent to treat Cu-EDTA wastewater and the effects of different operating parameters on the treatment results were studied. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: the reaction time 180 min,p H 3-4 in oxidation phase,p H9 in precipitation phase,and KMn O4 dosage 0. 5 g / L. The removal rate ofcopper complex in the wastewater under above parameters could reach 90%,and in addition,the removal effect would be better in high concentration of Cu-EDTAwastewater.
