摘 要:曝气铁碳内电解法预处理含氰电镀废水,探究Fe/C体积比、进水p H、不同曝气方式、水力停留时间对废水中总氰化物去除率的影响,并对处理过程进行动力学分析。结果表明,当Fe/C体积比为1∶1、进水p H为4、采用连续曝气方式,水力停留时间3 h,总氰化物去除率可达到75.52%,最终出水中总氰化物浓度为39.746 mg/L,氰化物的去除过程近似符合2.8级反应,其反应速率常数为0.000 134 069(mg/L)-1.8·h-1。Electroplating wastewater containing cyanide was pretreated by the process of aerated Fe / C internal electrolysis. The effects of the volume ratio of Fe / C,influent p H,different aeration mode,hydraulic retention time on the removal rate of total cyanide in wastewater were studied. And the dynamic character of the process was analyzed. The results showed that the optimal parameters were as follows: The Fe / C volume ratio was 1: 1,influent p H 4,under continuous aeration mode,and hydraulic retention time was 3 h. The concentration of total cyanide in final effluent was 39. 746 mg / L,and the removal procedure was approximately in accord with the 2. 8 stage reaction whose reaction rate constant was 0. 000 134 069( mg / L)-1. 8·h^-1.
