摘 要:针对某铁矿滞留大量采空区的工程地质条件,为避免出现大面积坍塌灾害事故,对空区进行了充填处理。通过正交试验和直观分析法研究了胶结充填体抗压强度与各影响因素之间的关系,结合统计软件进行多元非线性回归获得了全尾砂胶结充填体不同龄期强度与灰砂比、料浆浓度的回归方程,依据模糊数学对不同条件因素的尾砂胶结充填体进行综合评判,确定了矿山在充填采空区时优先选用灰砂比1∶8、料浆质量浓度75%的配比方案。Aimed at a large number of goaf leaving in an iron mine, the backfill method was used to deal with goaf for a- voiding large area collapse. The relationships between compressive strength and each influence factor were researched by orthogonal tests and visual analysis. The regression equations in terms of strengths of whole-tailings cemented hack- fill in different days, cement-sand ratios and slurry concen- trations were obtained by multi-element non-liner regression and statistical software. Comprehensive evaluation on whole- tailings cemented backfill with different factors was carried out based on fuzzy mathematics, which determined the ce- ment-sand ratio of 1 : 8 and slurry concentration of 75 %.
