摘  要:矿石嵌布粒度不均匀颗粒的浮选普遍存在,在浮选系统中探索颗粒的最大可浮粒度对磨矿、分级、浮选等作业具有重要现实意义。针对山东省某含金硫化矿在不同的捕收剂浓度、起泡剂用量、充气量、刮泡速度等条件下,对10个粒级的颗粒进行浮选试验。试验结果表明,黄药浓度为70.00,55.32,35.65 mg/L时,最大可浮粒度分别为0.229,0.177,0.168mm;2#油用量为90,60,30g/t时,最大可浮粒度分别为0.202,0.177,0.172 mm;充气量为5000,4000,3000mL/min时,最大可浮粒度分别为0.258,0.177,0.162mm;刮泡速度为45,30,15r/min时,最大可浮粒度分别为0.236,0.177,0.170mm。其中捕收剂浓度、充气量、刮泡速度是影响最大可浮粒度的主要因素,起泡剂用量影响不明显。最大可浮粒度对磨矿而言可作为判断粗粒是否欠磨的重要依据,对浮选而言可作为判断颗粒能否上浮的最大尺度,对粗选、扫选、精选都具有重要意义。The flotation with uneven disseminated particles is widely existed in dressing plant. So exploring flotation maxi- mum diameter has important significance for grinding, grad- ing and flotation. Aiming at a gold sulfide ore in Shandong province, flotation tests of ten graded particles were carried out under different conditions of collector concentrations, frother dosage, aeration rate and blow bubble velocity. The experimental results showed that the flotation maximum diameters were respectively 0.229, 0.177, 0.168 mm with the xanthate concentration of 70.00, 55.32, 35.65 mg/L, 0.229, 0.177,0. 168 mm with the terpenic oil consumption of 90, 60, 30 g/t, 0.258,0.177,0.162 mm with the aeration rate of 5000, 4000, 3000 mL/min, and 0.236,0.177,0.170 mm with the blow bubble velocitiy of 45,30,15 r/min. From the above, xanthate concentration, aeration rate and blow bub- ble velocity were the main factors to influence maximum floating granularity, rather than the frother dosage. The flotation maximum diameter could be used as important basis to judge fineness of coarse grain in grinding, and could be used as the maximum particle to judge particles whether can float, which had important significance for roughing, scav- enging and cleaning.
