摘 要:通过分析西藏某铜矿铜及伴生金银的工艺矿物学特性,对提高铜及伴生金银的回收率进行了条件实验和工艺流程考察。结果表明:在球磨机中添加100g/t硫化钠作为调整剂,采用快速浮选工艺流程,得到铜精矿中铜品位30.00%,金品位10.79g/t,银品位599.12g/t的产品,其回收率分别为90.21%,67.68%,65.23%,回收率分别提高了1.79,2.86和3.77个百分点。Through the analysis of mineralogical characteris- tics of copper and associated gold and silver in a copper mine of Tibet, condition experiments and investigate of technolog- ical process were put forward to improve recovery rate of copper and associated gold and silver. The results showed that adding 100 g/t sodium sulfide into ball mill as regulator, the copper concentrate with copper grade of 30%, gold grade of 10.79 g/t and silver grade of 599.12 g/t was obtained by quick flotation. And the recovery rates of copper, gold and silver were respectively 90.21%, 67. 68% and 65.23%, which improved 1.79, 2.86 and 3.77 percentage point.
