摘 要:针对柿竹园脆性多金属矿磨矿中存在的过粉碎、低效率等问题,在矿石力学特性的基础上,运用精确化磨矿理论准确计算出介质的大小、配比及磨矿工艺参数。与原有磨矿制度相比,精确化磨矿使得二段溢流产品中细度增加了4.05个百分点、过粉碎减少3.32个百分点、易选粒级增加了6.15个百分点,产品质量得到全面改善,使后续钨、钼、铋浮选指标均有不同程度的提高;实现了钢球单耗下降0.12kg/t、磨机电耗下降0.45kW·h/t,节能降耗效果显著。Aimed at the problems of overgrinding and low ef- ficiency during the grinding of brittle polymetallic ore in Shizhuyuan, the size and the ratio of medium, as well as the grinding parameters, were accurately calculated by accurate grinding based on the mechanical characteristics of ore. Comparing with the original grinding system, the fineness was increased by 4.05 percentage point, the overgrinding was de- creased by 3.32 percentage point, and easy selection size fraction was increased by 6.15 percentage point in secondary overflow product by accurate grinding. And the product quality was comprehensively improved, which enhanced the flotation indexes of W, Mo and Bi in various degrees. The ball consumption was reduced by 0.12 kg/t, and the electrical consumption of mill was decreased by 0.45 kW · h/t, which had significant effect of energy saving.
