摘  要:在现场地质调查、钻孔探测、岩石力学性能实验研究的基础上,采用FLAC3D数值模拟技术分析了首云铁矿深部矿体回采时孤立岩柱的影响,结果表明:矿体回采过程中,脉外运输巷道处于高应力条件下,巷道的稳定性受到威胁;岩柱中部应力最大值达到40 MPa,围岩顶板处于极限状态,可能发生垮冒或折断;根据数值模拟结果和综合分析,对首云铁矿深部矿体的开采提出了建议和措施,以保证回采的高效安全进行。On the basis of field geological surveys, drilling de- tection and rock mechanical performance experiments, the influence of isolated rock pillars during mining deep orebody in Shouyun Iron Mine was analyzed by FLAC3D software. The results showed that the roadway stability was affected in the process of ore mining when the outside-vein transport roadway was in a high-stress situation. The maximum stress in central pillar reached 40 MPa. And the surrounding rock in roof was in ultimate state, which would be collapsed or broken. Based on numerical simulation and comprehensive analysis, suggestions and measures were proposed to ensure the safe and efficient mining of deep orebody.
