摘 要:为了分析似膏体管道泵送充填系统的可靠性,合理地选择充填设备,通过理论计算、数值模拟和环管试验相结合的研究体系,分析研究锡矿山浅部充填系统的可靠性。研究结果表明,理论计算和数值模拟确定的管道阻力损失为5.56,6.08MPa,据此初步选择HBT80/21-220S型充填泵作为动力设备并设计进行了环管试验,测定系统折算后稳定运行和再启动状态下压力损失分别为7.59,12.66 MPa,证明所选设备可以满足要求,管道输送系统安全可靠。Based on the reasonable filling equipment, the reli- ability of paste-like filling system with pipeline pumping in Hsikwang Shan Mine was analyzed and studied through theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and loop tests. The results showed that the pipeline resistance losses determined by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation were respectively 5.56 and 6.08 MPa. On this basis, HBT80/21-- 220S filling pump was preliminarily selected as the power equipment and the loop tests were designed and conducted. It obtained that the pressure losses after conversion were respectively 7.59 and 12.66 MPa in condition of stable opera- tion and restart, which proved that the equipment couldmeet the requirement and the pipeline system was safe and reliable.
