物理疗法联合痛点注射神经妥乐平治疗肩周炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察物理疗法联合痛点注射神经妥乐平治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选择符合肩周炎诊断标准的肩周炎患者68例,根据患者的治疗意愿分为对照组(物理疗法)和治疗组(物理疗法联合痛点注射神经妥乐平),每组34例。采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)和关节活动度(range of motion,ROM)对治疗前后临床疗效进行评价。结果两组患者经治疗后,VAS评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),前屈、外展以及后伸的ROM评分较治疗前均有显著提高(P<0.05),肩关节活动度明显改善,而且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治愈率与有效率分别为41.17%和76.47%,治疗组治愈率与有效率分别为58.82%和91.17%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用物理疗法与痛点注射神经妥乐平相结合的方法治疗肩周炎临床效果较好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of physical therapy combined with trigger point injection Neurotropin on frozen shoulder. Methods 68 cases of frozen shoulder patients were selected with certain diagnostic standard. Then according to the patient preference,dividing these cases into therapy group（ physical therapy）and contrast group（ physical therapy combined with trigger point injection Neurotropin）,34 cases in each group.The therapy effects were evaluated by the method of visual analogue scale（ VAS） and range of motion（ ROM） before and after treatment. Results Two groups of patients after treatment,VAS score significantly lower than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,bending forward,outreach,and stretch ROM score after than before treatment were significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）,significantly improve shoulder joint mobility,and the treatment group was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）; Control group cure rate and effectiveness were 41. 17% and 76. 47%,treatment group cure rate and effective were 58. 82% and 91. 17%,comparing the treatment group was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The use of physical therapy and trigger point injection Neurotropin method of combining the best clinical treatment of frozen shoulder.
