实施安全护理路径对患者行高压氧舱治疗的安全性及影响因素探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨实施安全护理路径对患者实行高压氧舱治疗的安全效果及可能的影响因素,为后期推广应用安全护理路径提供参考资料。方法抽取2013年1月-2014年12月新疆医科大学第一附属医院行高压氧舱治疗的患者110例,分为干预组（52例）和对照组（58例）,分析两组患者的一般资料、治疗后的不良反应、异常事故发生情况等。结果两组患者耳膜穿孔、减压病发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在治疗后3 d时,干预组的焦虑评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,干预组的家属配合程度高于对照组（Z=2.06,P=0.003）;Logistic回归结果显示,是否实施安全护理路径是影响高压氧舱治疗安全性的独立因素（OR=0.104,95%CI=0.043~0.248）。结论安全护理路径在高压氧舱中应用效果好,可减少不良反应的发生率,提高家属的配合程度,减轻家属的焦虑状态,最终达到让患者受益的效果,建议临床上加以推广应用。Objective To investigate the safety effect and the relevant influencing factors of the hyperbaric oxygen therapy with the nursing safety pathway for the promotion and application of the security nursing path. Methods110 patients with the hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in2013. 1- 2014. 12 were randomly selected and divided into the intervention group（52 cases） and the control group（58 cases）,with the collection of the general information,adverse reactions after treatment and abnormal accident occurrence,and SPSS 20. 0 was adopted to analyze the data. Results There were statistically significant differences in the eardrum perforation and decompression sickness occurrence rate in two groups（ P〈0. 05）; on the 3day after the treatment,the anxiety scores in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the cooperation of families members in the intervention group was better than that of the control group（ Z = 2. 06,P = 0. 003）; the results of logistic regression showed that the implementation of safe nursing path was the independent factor for the safety of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment（ OR = 0. 104,95% CI = 0. 043- 0. 248）. Conclusion It proved that the safe nursing path in the hyperbaric oxygen treatment had good application effect,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction rate,improve the cooperation of family members,alleviate their anxiety,and ultimately achieve the beneficial effect,and it was of good popularization and application.
