益气活血退翳汤治疗角膜上皮下雾状混浊(Haze)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血退翳汤治疗角膜上皮下雾状混浊(Haze)的临床疗效。方法:将准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术(LASEK)后的Haze患者60例(114眼),按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组2组,治疗组30例(57眼)氟美童滴眼液点眼并口服益气活血退翳汤;对照组30例(57眼)氟美童滴眼液点眼,观察2组裸眼视力和角膜Haze级别及消退情况。结果:治疗组30例57眼,治愈45眼,显效9眼,有效3眼,总有效率100%,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:益气活血退翳汤对角膜上皮下雾状混浊(Haze)有较好的临床疗效,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective： To observe clinical curative effects of treating corneal haze by the Yiqi Huoxue Tuiyi Decoction.Methods： 60 haze patients（ 114 eyes） after operation for laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis（ LASEK） were randomly divided into two groups; 30 cases（ 57 eyes） in the tested drug treatment group,eye dropping for Fumeitong eye drops and oral Yiqi Huoxue Tuiyi Decoction,30 cases of（ 57 eyes） in the control group,eye dropping for Fumeitong eye drops. Uncorrected eye vision and corneal haze level and regression were observed for two groups. Results： 45 eyes were cured,9 eyes had marked effect,effect 3 eyes among 57 eyes of 30 cases; the total effect rate was 100%. the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tuiyi Decoction for prevention against haze after LASEK was highter in treatment group than control group. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Tuiyi Decoction decoction on the treatment of corneal haze（ haze） has better clinical efficacy,is worthy of clinical application.
