摘  要:目的:比较胃经大腿段与非经体液分布的差异。方法:10例健康受试者平卧30 min后,使用四电极生物阻抗频谱测量大腿段胃经与旁开非经部位,通过MATLAB软件处理后得到细胞内外液阻抗,结合大腿周长计算经上与经外细胞内外液电阻率。结果:经上细胞外液电阻率比经外小,差异百分比为15.84%,差异有统计学意义;经上与经外细胞内液电阻率比较差异无统计学意义。结论:大腿段胃经经脉线上细胞外液含量多于旁开非经部位,细胞内液含量基本相同。Objective: To compare the difference of interstitial fluid volume on the Stomach Meridian( ST) and nonmeridian( NM) on the anterior thigh. Methods: 10 healthy subjects were asked to lie spine for 30 min and then we used four electrodes bioimpedance spectroscopy system to test the amplitude and phase angle on ST and NM. By using software MATLAB R2011 a, cole-cole curve fitting and the circumference of the thigh we figured out the resistivity of the extracellular fluid( ECF) and intracellular fluid( ICF) on ST and NM relatively. Results: The resistivity of ECF on the ST is lower than that of the NM with a difference percent of 15. 84%,which had a very significant difference. While the resistivity of the ICF on the ST and NM had no significant difference. Conclusion: There were more extracellular fluid on the Stomach Meridian than the nonmeridian while the volume of the intracellular fluid were almost the same on the Stomach Meridian and the nonmeridian.
