摘　　要：狐惑病又被称为"白塞氏综合征"(Behcet’s disease,BD),是一种病因不明的多系统炎症性疾病,该病的特征是反复发作的自限性炎症性反应,其主要表现为口腔及生殖器溃疡、角膜溃疡或虹膜炎以及皮肤丘疹脓疱、结节性红斑样皮损损害的症状。本病常多见于青壮年,男女均可发病。通过查阅国内外文献报道,对"狐惑"病的病名和病因病机等方面进行探讨,以期指导该病的临床治疗。Behet ＇s disease is defined as a multisystemic inflammatory disease with unknown etiology. It is characterized by recurrent self-limited inflammatory manifestations,including oral aphthous ulcers,genital ulcers,corneal ulcer,iritis,papu-lopustular and erythema nodosum-like skin lesions. It is often found in young adults,both men and women have the same incidence. We discussed the name,etiology and pathogenesis by consulting relevant literatures of foreign and domestic in order to instruct the clinical treatment of Behcet＇s disease.
