摘  要:采用Et3NHCl-Al Cl3催化剂,对1-C16烯烃和苯原位合成的由烷基苯和PAO组成的润滑油进行了研究。考察了苯与烯烃比例(1∶2~1∶5)、反应时间(1~4h)和反应温度(25~75℃)对反应的影响。用红外光谱、气相色谱、核磁谱图表征了产物的组成和结构,按照国家标准测定了产物的性能。结果表明:在不同实验条件下,可以得到高黏度指数(140~180),中等黏度(υ100℃=11.39~25.4mm2·s),较低倾点(-14^-23℃),相对分子质量适中(538~740)的高性能的润滑油流体。A kind of high performance lubricating oil consisted of PAO and alkylbenzene was in situ synthe-sized with Et3NHCl-AlCl3 ionic liquid catalyst benzene to 1- hexadecane. The effects of benzene/1- hexadecane molar ratio(1∶2-1∶5), reaction temperature(25-75℃)and reaction time(1-4h)were investigated. The composi-tion and structure of the products were characterized by GC , IR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR methods. The viscosity, the pour point and the molecular mass of the product were determined according to National Standards of Test Method. The results show that the product gained at the different experiment conditions is a kind of high perfor-mance lubricating base oil with high viscosity index (140-180), low pour point (-14--23℃), medium viscosity (υ100℃=11.39-25.4mm^2·s),a moderate molecular mass(538-740).
