摘　　要：目的探讨现场督导检查对规范临床血型血清学检测技术方面的作用。方法将2006年与2014年西宁地区23家医院现场督导情况进行回顾性对比分析。结果 2006年与2014年相比,2006年开展反定型试验的医院仅1家;23家医院均未开展Rh(D)定型、抗体筛查试验、非盐水介质配型试验。现场单盲实验验考核中抗体减弱的反定型标本23家均漏检;凝聚胺实验阳性标本有7家检出、16家漏检。结论实践证明现场督导检查强力推进了临床血型血清学检测的规范化进程,确保了医院临床输血安全。Objective To study the effect of the field supervision and examination on the standardization of clinical blood typing and serological detection technology. Methods Retrospective comparison and analysis was conducted for the field supervision in 23 hospitals in Xining district in the years of 2006 and 2014. Results Comparing the year of 2006 with 2014, there was only one hospital carrying out the reverse typing test in 2006. None of the hospitals carried out the Rh（D） typing test, antibody screening test, nor the non - salt water media matching test. For the attenuated antibody reverse typing sample in the single blind experiment assessment, none of the hospitals conducted the detection. For the positive samples in polybrene test, only 7 hospitals conducted the detection, while the other 16 hospitals did not conduct detection. Conclusion It has been found that the field supervision and examination strongly promote the process of standardization of clinical blood typing and serology test, giving rise to the safety of clinical blood transfusion in hospital.
