2010-2014年宁波市高校大学生无偿献血情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁波市高校大学生无偿献血现状,为无偿献血工作提供科学的参考依据。方法从浙江血液管理信息系统宁波献血登记统计数据库中,选取2010-2014年宁波市高校大学生及全市无偿献血数据做比较分析;自行设计问卷,采用随机抽样方法从宁波市在校大学生中抽取600人做问卷调查,调查内容包括大学生献血现状及献血原因等,以动态数列法预测未来大学生无偿献血趋势。结果 2010-2014年宁波市高校大学生无偿献血人次占全市无偿献血人次的比例为9.34%(32 627/349 428),献血量占全市献血量的9.00%(44 987.50 U/499 752.30 U),无偿献血率为3.23%(32 627/202 274);200、300、400 m L献血人次构成比(%)为34.01∶56.22∶9.77,200、300、400m L献血量构成比(%)为24.66∶61.16∶14.18;捐献人次占全市捐献机采血小板人次的比例为2.59%(564/21 778),捐献量占全市机采血小板捐献量的1.89%(564.00 U/29 897.00 U)。现场问卷调查:宁波市高校大学生无偿献血率为8.67%(52/600),大学生献血的主要动机是"奉献爱心,帮助别人"的占67.31%(35/52);91.33%(548/600)未参加过无偿献血,不愿意献血主要原因为"网络媒体负面报道"[36.86%(202/548)]、"担心影响身体健康"[23.36%(128/548)]、"担心会感染疾病"[13.69%(75/548)]等。5年间大学生无偿献血人次平均增长率为7.38%、献血量平均增长速度为6.25%,据此预测2015、2016年宁波市高校大学生无偿献血人次分别为8 383、9 001人次,献血量分别为10 431.50、11 083.50 U。结论宁波高校大学生是无偿献血的重要力量,有必要采取相应措施,建立长效机制,促进大学生无偿献血健康持续发展。Objective To survey current situation of voluntary blood donation among college students in Ningbo from 2010 to 2014, and to provide scientific reference for voluntary blood donation work in Ningbo. Methods Data were collected from statistical database of Ningbo blood donation registration in blood management information system in Zhejiang. The blood donation data of college students and Ningbo city were selected to do a comparative analysis from 2010 to 2014. Random sampling method was conducted on 600 college students with a self-designed questionnaire, including questions on current situation and the cause of blood donation in college students. The tendency for the future was forecasted by dynamic selies analysis. Results The proportion of college students that donate blood was 9. 34 percent （32 627/349 428） in Ningbo during five years. The volume of blood donation volume was 9. 00 percent （44 987.50 U/499 752. 30 U）. The rate of blood donation was 3.25 percent （32 627/202 274）. The composition ratios （percent） of 200, 300, 400 mL blood donated by visitors were 54. 01 ： 56. 22： 9.77, respectively, and the composition ratios （percent） of 200, 300,400 mL blood donation volume were 24.66： 61.16： 14. 8, respectively. The ratio of donated platelets was 2.59 percent （564/21 778）, and the ratio of donated platelets volume was 1.89 percent （564. 00 U/29 897.00 U）. The rate of blood donation was 8. 67 percent （52/ 600） in college students. Their main motivation to donate blood was ＂ to dedicate love and help others＂ at 67.31 percent （35/52）. There were 91.33 percent （548/600） who did not participate in blood donation. The main reason were＂ negative network and media coverage＂ （35.86 percent （202/548） ）, ＂health concerns＂ （23.36 percent （128/548） ）, ＂fear of infection＂ （13.69 percent （75/548））, etc. The average growth rate of college students who donate blood for five years was 7. 38 percent.
