摘 要:采用计算机技术,探索提升献浆者招募效率和质量的途径,进一步建立献浆长效机制。构建数据仓库建立一套献浆者多维数据集,采用数据挖掘中关联规则方法,研究分析宜春市上生单采血浆有限公司2013年2 730名合格献浆者相关数据。通过关联规则分析得出一系列献浆者招募的相关规则。利用关联规则数据挖掘技术,为进一步转被动为主动方式发展献浆者提供决策支持的依据,使献浆者招募进入一个全新的发展领域。Objective To explore ways to improve the efficiency of recruiting plasma donors and plasma quality using computer technology, and to establish a long term plasma donation mechanism. Methods A multidimensional dataset of plasma donors was established by building a data warehouse. By employing data mining association rules, research and analysis were conducted on the data of 2 730 eligible plasma donors in Yichun Plasma Station in 2013. Results Using association rules, a series of rules related to recruitment of plasma donors was derived. Conclusion The employment of data mining association rules provides decision support in a more active way for recruiting plasma donors, which will bring the recruitment of plasma donors to a new development level.
