摘 要:采用光干涉技术在自行研制的有限长线接触油膜厚度测量试验台上测量滚子副急停过程的弹流油膜,讨论载荷影响;用多重网格技术对滚子副急停过程弹流润滑问题进行数值仿真。结果表明,滚子副急停过程产生的冲击与载荷密切相关,滚子副中油膜形状及厚度随载荷不同发生变化;由定性对比知理论与试验结果吻合较好。急停引起的冲击对滚子副润滑性能有一定影响。Using the optical interference technique,the elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL)film of roller pairs during a sudden stop was measured on a self-developed film thickness measurement test rig under the condition of finite line contact,and the effect of the applied load was discussed.A numerical simulation on the EHL problem of roller pairs in the process of sudden stop was carried out with the multi-grid method.The results show that,the impact caused by the sudden stop of roller pairs is closely related to the load,and the oil film shape and thickness change along with the load. A qualitative comparison shows that the theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental results.Therefore, the impact caused by the sudden stop has a certain influence on the lubricating performance of roller pairs.
