摘 要:为探究烟株根际土壤微生态与青枯病的发生关系,从福建省邵武市烟草青枯病发生较多的沿山镇徐溪村、城郊镇高南村和水北镇故县村采集烟株不同生育时期的根际土壤,测定分析土壤机械组成、根际微生物的数量及种群变化等指标,并调查了各试验点烟草青枯病的发病情况。结果表明,沿山镇徐溪村和城郊镇高南村的试验田土壤属棕色轻壤土,而水北镇故县村的试验田土壤属灰色砂壤土;轻壤土中根际微生物总量、细菌数量及其在土壤微生物总量中的占比高于砂壤土;不同试验田土壤中的优势菌群不同,同一试验田在不同时期土壤中的优势菌群也有差别,其中健康烟株根际土壤细菌多样性程度较高;轻壤土中细菌菌群与结构较稳定,其烟草青枯病发病率也显著低于砂壤土。In order to study the relationship between tobacco bacterial wilt and micro environment of rhizosphere soil, different rhizosphere soil samples at various tobacco life stages were collected from Xuxi( Yanshan Town), Gaonan( Chenjiao Town) and Guxian( Shuibei Town), 3 areas at Shaowu City( Fujian Province) where tobacco bacterial wilt happened typically. Subsequently,soil mechanical composition and the quantity of rhizospheric microorganism and the changes of population were determinated and analysied, as well as investigated the incidence of bacterial wilt in the test points. Results showed that, light loam was better than sandy loam when compared to the total amount of microbes, the total number of bacteria and the proportion of bacteria accounted for soil microorganisms. There were differences in dominant bacterial community between different soils and between the same soil in different periods. Of which the microbial diversities of rhizosphere soil were higher at the healthy tobaccos of the same area. As a result of stable microbial community and structure of light loam, the incidence of bacterial wilt of tobacco was significantly lower than that of sandy loam soil.
