摘　　要：以双氧水和甘油为复合催化剂,实现了硬脂酸与氢氧化钙在水介质中一步合成硬脂酸钙。固定双氧水和甘油用量,考察反应温度、固液比和反应时间等对反应的影响。结果表明,在双氧水用量8%、甘油用量10%、反应温度60℃、固液比1:10、反应时间2.5 h的优化条件下,产品的游离酸含量为0.20%。In this paper, calcium stearate was prepared by the reaction of stearlc acid with calcium hydroxide in aqueous medium using hydrogen peroxide and glycerol as composite catalyst. A fixed amount of hydrogen peroxide and glycerin , effects of hydrogen peroxide dosage, glycerol dosage, temperature, solid - liquid ratio and time on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that free acid of product was 0.20% under the optimal conditions of 8% hydrogen peroxide, 7% glycerol and solid - liquid ratio 1 ： 10 at 60% within 2.5 h.
