甘蔗渣对防火涂料的影响试验

摘　　要：以苯丙乳液作为基料,以聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺作为阻燃体系,加入甘蔗渣,制备甘蔗渣含量不同的防火涂料进行耐火性能、烟密度测试。研究表明:添加一定量的甘蔗渣有助于提升防火涂料的防火性能,防火涂层膨胀度高低与防火时间不成比例。添加甘蔗渣对涂料的抑烟效果有显著提升。Using silicone modified styrene acrylic emulsion as basic material, ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythrite, melamine as a Fire - retardant system , adding the bagasse, preparation fire retardant coatings with different content of bagasse and fire resistance performance and smoke density are tested. The experiment shows that the performance of the fire retardant coatings with bagasse is improve, the coating expansion is not proportional to fire retardant time. Adding bagasse has increased significantly smoke of coating.
