摘  要:目的:以泥鳅为试验对象,通过分离、纯化其肝细胞以及TR——MTSEA透膜试验,为研究环境毒理学、细胞生理学、药理学等相关研究领域提供基础依据。方法:采用天然胶原酶H消化法分离纯化肝细胞。结果 :可成功得到含血细胞和其他杂细胞比较少的肝细胞。MTSEA为不能透过泥鳅肝细胞细胞膜的小分子氧化剂。结论 :用天然胶原酶H消化法分离纯化肝细胞,可提高肝实质细胞纯度。MTSEA作为不透膜的小分子氧化剂可用来研究更深层次的细胞调控。Objective To provide the basis for environmental toxicology, cell physiology, pharmacology and other related field of study, the trial was carried out by isolation , purification and TR of Loach hepatocytes by the method of MTSEA permeable membrane. Methods Loach hcpatocytes was isolated, purified by using natural collagenase H digestion method. Results: Blood cells and hepatocytes which contain other miscellaneous cells were obtained successfully. MTSEA is a small molecule oxidation agent that can not through the Loach hepatocytes membrane. Conclusions: Isolation purification and TR of Loach hepatocytes by using natural collagenase H digestion can improve the purity of the hepatic parenchyma cell. MTSEA as a small impermeable membrane molecule oxidation agent can be used for cell regulation deeper research.
