邓小平军队文化工作理论的深刻内涵与现实意义

摘　　要：从邓小平文艺理论、邓小平思想教育理论、邓小平军队政治工作理论三个方面分析邓小平军队文化工作理论的理论渊源,认为邓小平新时期军队文化工作理论的科学内涵是军队文化工作的重要性、继承性、人民性和政治性。邓小平军队文化工作理论具有三个方面的启示:一是军队文化工作是贯彻党的方针政策、占领思想文化阵地、加强军队全面建设的需要,是鼓舞士气、凝聚力量、提高战斗力的需要,是优化军营环境、服务官兵、活跃军营的需要;二是军队文化工作必须在坚持正确方向、弘扬主旋律、营造文化氛围、创作精品方面,做到思想性与娱乐性、战斗性与抒情性、群众性与专业性的统一;三是军队文化工作要与价值观培育、官兵兴趣爱好、求知成才、先进文化接轨。This thesis analyses the theoretic roots of Deng Xiaoping＇s military cultural work theory from three aspects：Deng Xiaoping＇s theory about literature and art,ideological education and military politics.Deng Xiaoping＇s military culture work theory in the new period has connotations of importance,legacy,people and politics.Deng Xiaoping＇s military cultural work theory has three inspirations.First,military cultural work is needed for implementation of the Party＇s guidelines and policies,occupying the ideological and cultural front and strengthening comprehensive military development;for encouraging the morale,gathering strength and improving the fighting capacity and for optimizing the military environment,serving the officers and soldiers and activating the military camps.Secondly,while maintaining the correct direction,carrying forward the central theme,building cultural atmosphere and creating masterpieces,we should achieve the unity of ideology and entertainment,combat and emotion,popularity and professionality.Thirdly,cultural work should be in line with the building of values,hobbies of officers and soldiers,pursuit of knowledge and career as well as advanced culture.
