摘　　要：《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》(以下简称《讲话》)是毛泽东文化思想的集中体现,是马克思主义理论中国化的典范。《讲话》所构建的文化理论体系,对70年来中国文化的建设与发展产生了重要而深远的影响,具有重大的理论价值和应用价值。《讲话》的理论价值体现于:在马克思主义的指导下,确定了中国共产党对中国文化建设的领导权,成为中国特色社会主义文化的重要理论渊源。《讲话》的应用价值体现于:在文化为人民、表现丰富生动的现实生活、文化的继承借鉴与创新、"文艺大众化"这四个方面,为中国特色社会主义文化的发展奠定了坚实的基础。The Speech at the Yan＇an Forum on Literature and Art（called The Speechfor short）is the concentrated reflection of Mao Zedong＇s cultural thoughts and model for the localization of Marxism in China.The Speech has constructed the system of cultural theory and provided far-reaching significance for cultural construction and development of China for seven decades,and has great theoretical and application values.First of all,The Speech＇s theoretical value is embodied in the following aspects：under the guidance of Marxism,it determined the leadership position of Chinese Communist Party on the cultural construction of China,and it has become an important theoretical origin of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,The Speech＇s application value is embodied in the following aspects：serving the people,rich and vivid reality,cultural inheritance of reference and innovation and＂popularization of literature and art＂,which laid the theoretical foundation for socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
