摘　　要：随着人们对研究数据的共享与长期保存重要性认识的不断提高,制定数据管理计划(data management plan,DMP)已经逐渐成为科研过程中不可或缺的重要组成部分,以为后续数据管理工作提供明确规范和指导。文章简要回顾了英美两国主要基金管理机构对DMP内容的政策性要求;以英国数字监护中心(DCC)和美国政治与社会研究校际联盟(ICPSR)的DMP内容框架为主要依据,对DMP的核心内容进行探讨;介绍了两种主要的DMP在线撰写工具DMPonline和DMPTool;最后为图书馆围绕DMP开展研究数据管理服务提出了建议。There is a growing awareness among researchers of the importance of research data sharing and long-term preservation. Data management plan（DMP）has been playing a vital role in data-driven research progress. DMP provide specific and comprehensive guidance for research data management practice. This paper provides a brief review of research fund policies and requirements for DMP in the US and UK. Based on the frame work for creating DMP by DCC and ICPSR,this paper provides a comparative discussion of the main contents in DMP. DMPonline and DMPTool are two primary web-based tools to help researchers creating, maintaining and exporting DMP. Finally, the author puts forward some recommendations on how libraries involved in data management planning and promoting the practice of data management, sharing and preservation.
