摘  要:借助于自主研制转速比为2的剖分式同向非对称双螺杆挤出机对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/聚苯乙烯(PS)共混体系的熔融混合过程进行了沿程取样研究,并比较不同螺纹元件螺距和操作条件对熔融过程的影响,对熔融过程沿挤出方向的相形态变化进行初步分析。实验表明,大部分物料在第1加热区发生塑性变形,单头螺杆固体输送区的充满度比双头螺杆的高且HDPE首先发生熔融,左右螺槽的拉伸和压缩作用和对应螺纹元件螺距的不一致性使物料更快形成海-岛熔融模型,HDPE/PS在耗散混合熔融和粘性耗散熔融机理下快速熔融;减少螺纹元件螺距可以加快熔融速率,缩短熔融长度。With a self-developed co-rotating non-twin screws extruder,of which screws rotate is at the speed ratio of 2,and the clam-shell split barrel,the melting and mixing process of HDPE/PS blend were investigated by removing the carcasses along the screws.And the effects of different pitch of screw elements and operational conditions on the melting process were investigated.The morphology development along the extrusion direction was preliminarily analyzed.The results show that most materials are deformed in the first heating zone,and the degree of fill in one-tip screw is higher than that in two-tip screw,and HDPE material is found to be melted firstly.The effect of expansion and compression in two screws grooves and the inconsistency of pitch of screw elements make the island-sea melting model fast form,HDPE/PS blend is efficiently melted under the dissipative mixing melting and viscous dissipation melting mechanisms.Reducing the pitch of screw elements can accelerate the melting rate and make the melting length become shorter.
