摘  要:通过熔融纺丝方法制备了不同纺丝速度的聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维,并采用差示扫描量热仪、声速仪、电子单纱强力仪等对比研究了不同纺速制备的初生纤维和成品丝可纺性、结晶行为、取向程度、力学性能以及尺寸稳定性的差异。结果表明,在熔融纺丝过程中,不同的纺速对聚苯硫醚纤维结构与性能有很大影响。随着纺速的增加,通过调整徐冷温度和牵伸倍数保证了良好的可纺性,并且PPS纤维的取向度、结晶度和断裂强度均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,而尺寸稳定性随纺速的提高出现先下降后升高的趋势;PPS初生纤维的各项性能与成品丝的变化趋势一致。纤维的结构与性能在纺速为880m/min左右时达到最佳,断裂强度达到3.33cN/dtex。Ploy-phenylene sulfide(PPS)fibers were prepared by melt treatment process at different spinning speeds.The spinnability crystallization behavior,degree of orientation,mechanical properties,dimensional stability of PPS as-spun fiber and draw-twist were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),sound velocity meter,electronic yarn strength tester,etc.The results show that the different spinning speed has a great influence on the structure and properties of PPS fibers during melt spinning process.With the spinning speed increasing,adjusting slow cooling temperature and drawing ratio ensure better spinnability,and orientation,crystallinity and breaking strength of PPS fibers increases to a maximum firstly and then decrease.Whereas,the dimensional stability of PPS fibers decreases to a minimum firstly and then increase.The change trend of various properties of PPS as-spun fiber is consistent compared with the PPS draw-twist.When the spinning speed is controlled about 880m/min,the structure and properties of PPS fibers are optimal,and its breaking strength is up to 3.33cN/dtex.
