摘 要:苯并口恶嗪树脂(Bz)是一类具有耐热性好和残炭率高的酚醛树脂。文中以聚氧化乙烯(PEO)为基体,与合成的主链型聚苯并口恶嗪(PBA-AD6)共混,利用静电纺丝技术制备了聚苯并口恶嗪基复合纤维。通过核磁共振和红外光谱验证了PBA-AD6的化学结构,扫描电子显微镜和热重分析仪对复合纤维的形态和直径及热稳定性进行了分析。实验结果表明,m(PBA-AD6)/m(PEO)=7/3时,纤维具有一定的柔韧性且无串珠结构,并随着PEO量的增加,纤维直径分布趋于均一。在热处理过程中,苯并口恶嗪发生热开环聚合反应。当m(PBA-AD6)/m(PEO)=9/1其热稳定性最好。Benzoxazine resin is one of phenolic resin with good heat resistance and high char yield.Here,a type of main-chain polybenzoxazine(MCPBz)named,poly(4-(2-(3-heptyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[e][1,3]oxazin-6-yl)propan-2-yl)phenol)(PBA-AD6)was synthesized through a Mannich reaction.Some highly concentrated homogeneous solutions of the polyethyleneoxide(PEO)/PBA-AD6 in chloroformsolvent system were obtained,by using different blending ratio,and spinning into fibers under high pressure electrostatic.The chemical structures of PBA-AD6 were confirmed by 1 H-NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy.The surface morphology and fiber thermal curing process were investigated by SEM and IR.Heat resistance of the fiber was studied TGA.The results indicate that,when m(PBA-AD6)/m(PEO)=7/3,the fibers having a certain flexibility and no bead structure,and with the PEO content increasing,the morphology of spun fibers tends to be uniform,beaded filamentous decrease and disappear,flexible and constantly reinforce,fiber diameter changes little.During the heat treatment,thermal ring-opening polymerization of benzoxazine occurs.As to the thermal stability,during the all tests,the composite fiber possesses the highest yield of residual about 15.62%,when the ingredient is m(PBA-AD6)/m(PEO)=9/1.
