摘　　要：从EAP视角分析图书馆员的职业压力源及心理素质问题的症状,阐述了在图书馆管理中引入EAP模式帮助馆员建立职业生涯规划的重要现实意义。The article discussed the occupation pressure source and the symptoms of mental problems of librarians in view of EAP, and expounded the important practical significance of introducing EAP model in library management to help librarians establish the occupation career planning.
